With more than 28 years experience, Monica Hoffmann heads one of the few woman-owned and operated roofing companies in Colorado, headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. She “cut her teeth” on roofing when Hurricane Andrew hit Miami Florida in 1992. Always a good sales person, she decided that a woman could do as well as a man in the dominantly male roofing industry, going on to become a top sales and production person for private companies, and a lead Allstate private adjuster. She found that listening and paying attention to detail were traits not normally exhibited by her colleagues, and found that they stood her in good stead with residential situations where often the household representative was a woman. Returning to her native Boulder, she found that the same traits worked well here. Eventually, at the encouragement of her colleagues and crews, she set up her own company. Located in Boulder, and serving the Greater Denver Metro area, Roof Masters of Colorado is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. It also has certifications from Owens Corning (Preferred Platinum) and Malarkey Certified.
